While each story in the series is unique, one thing remains true: Compeer helps people navigate the rural lending process when other banks can’t. That’s because Compeer specializes in rural properties.
The most recent story in the campaign focuses on the Thalacker family. Looking to put down roots in the country and be closer to family, Ashley and Carl Thalacker chose Cuba City, Wisconsin, to raise their three children.
But the couple ran into problems when they decided to build on Ashely’s parents’ farm. Without the deed, many banks wouldn’t lend on the property.
That’s when the Thalackers were introduced to Compeer. And their loan officer, Jenny, has been with them every step of the way since.
