Challenge
Comcast would like to raise the public’s awareness of Digital Equity issues. They would also like to raise awareness of their work to correct it. They have been actively addressing the issue for more than a decade.
But, Comcast’s work on Digital Equity is corporate altruism. They do not want to be “showy” or “braggadocious.”
Solution
We crafted a content marketing campaign that discussed Digital Equity. Comcast intends their work in this space to be philanthropic. We were careful to widen their story to include other third parties and agencies, to give a broad view of the work being done to improve Digital Equity and Comcast’s role in it.
