Challenge

Compeer Financial, a Farm Credit Cooperative committed to agriculture and rural America, wanted to grow leads for their rural lending branch of services, specifically home mortgage loans. As interest in moving to rural communities grows, a common misconception buyers have when starting the process is that every major lender can manage loans for rural development – this is not always the case. Compeer Financial wanted to educate potential customers, providing info and insight into the rural lending process.

Solution

To position Compeer Financial as experts in rural lending, we crafted New Beginnings, a content marketing campaign distributed through Star Tribune Magazine and StarTribune.com, as well as other digital and social channels. Sharing stories from real Compeer Financial customers, New Beginnings focuses on the benefits to potential buyers when working with Compeer – a true partner in creating a dream home in the country.
