Minnesota-based Summit Mortgage Corporation wanted to differentiate their brand by establishing it as one that offers excellent customer service.
Solution
We demonstrated their brand promise by creating a content marketing campaign that explained the mortgage-buying process and the service consumers should expect at each step. We ran two different campaigns: one for consumers, and one for recruitment. The execution included an interactive microsite where users could learn more about the home-buying process.
